Preparing lease agreements

Bond Finalisations

 

It is crucial that the successful person has the following attributes:

 

At least 12 months experience in a property management role.

NSW Licensed Real Estate Agent

Previous experience with REST (Not a requirement, however preferred)

Proficient MS office computing skills

A motivated and career minded attribute

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

Flexible, team player
