On Monday 16 November 2020, the Premier announced that there will be restrictions to a variety of businesses and activities.

As at midnight last night, the following restrictions, relating to the real estate industry, were introduced.

Auctions and inspections of premises for the purpose of sale or rental

You are required to make and maintain contact tracing records as follows:

Details collected must include:

• the time and date of the activity
• the name of each person in attendance
• either the phone number or email address of each person in attendance.

Contact tracing records must be presented at the request of an authorized officer and may not be used retained for any other purpose. For example, the records can’t be used for marketing or similar purposes.
